We are a high-technology Australian agribusiness that combines the miracle of nature with leading edge innovation to solve some of the most urgent environmental issues for agriculture and industry.

After decades of overuse of synthetic fertilisers, the soil upon which we rely for food is under threat. We brought together a team of engineers, microbiologists and experts in finance, energy and infrastructure to pioneer a new way to regenerate the soil.

We looked to nature and science for the answers. Six years of research and development later, the result is a world-first process to efficiently and cleanly integrate anaerobic digestion with automated vermiculture at an industrial scale to convert organic waste into a valuable resource, as biofertilizer and clean energy.

Using nature’s little helpers – bacteria and worms – our system has the potential to revolutionise how the world manages organic waste, sustainably preserves the soil, boosts agricultural production and promotes the circular economy.

In the process, we also create biomethane for energy, food-grade CO2 and carbon credits. Our system is self-powering, odourless, transportable and scalable, so it has a wide range of applications, from broadacre agriculture to industry and municipal waste management.
